We weren't able to make it to the library due to the big kids being sick, so we weren't able to do our read aloud, but we did get to work on our unit. The kids colored "families" to use to tell a story (we didn't get to that part yet, but plan to this week).

Princess has REALLY been working hard on staying in the lines when she's coloring. She's getting much better!

The yellow fingerpaint didn't work out too well on the dark paper. Next time I think I'll use a lighter color for the background. :)
